In preparation for a visit by my dear friend Hossam AlJabri, I prepared the following 10 points for discussion.

My message to Muslim American friends

1. Do not allow Hollywood to have any impact on you or your children. Do not watch sitcoms. 

2. Never allow yourself or your children to be disillusioned by sports, music, or celebrities. Focus on lofty issues and live for mighty goals.

3. Fight against the consumerism culture and the excessive consumption of food, water and energy in America that results in the deprivation of basic needs to billions worldwide.

4. Do not fit in. You are different with a unique religion. Fitting in will result in being treated as second-class citizens.

5. Never vote Republicans or Democrats. Stand only with principled politicians who do not belong to the two dominant parties.

6. Fight against the military-industrial complex and never allow your children to work as minions for them.

7. Fully resist the American foreign policy in all countries.

8. Teach your children about the 9/11 hoax and lead the 9/11 truth movement.

9. Revolt. Lead the revolution against the current state of affairs. Be in the forefront of such activities as Occupy Wall Street.

10. Do not be mainstream Americans.
